1. Service provider and acceptance
Flamigo is operated by Flamigo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Flamigo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
2. What Flamigo provides
Flamigo is an AI-assisted presentation service. It turns text and uploaded source material into editable outlines, slide content, layouts, and presentation files. AI output may contain errors and must be reviewed before use.
Features may change as the service improves. We may temporarily limit a feature to maintain security, reliability, or compliance.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your login methods secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- Do not share, sell, or transfer an account in a way that bypasses our controls.
4. Credits, pricing, and payment
Credits are the unit used to meter AI generation activity. Usage varies with the length and complexity of the requested presentation. Current balances and deductions are shown in your account.
Paid Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. The price and included Credits shown at checkout control the purchase. Applicable taxes may be added based on your billing location.
Except as required by applicable law or provided under Dodo Payments' applicable Buyer Terms, all Credit purchases are final. Flamigo does not offer voluntary refunds for used or unused Credits. Please review the Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for paid purchases. Dodo Payments processes payment, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes. Do not send card details to Flamigo support.
5. Your content and generated output
You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to produce the output you request.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated presentations for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for checking accuracy, permissions, confidentiality, and suitability before publishing or relying on output.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material policy violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using Flamigo at any time. Contact support to request account deletion. Legal, tax, security, and dispute records may be retained where required.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that AI output is complete, accurate, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing generated by Flamigo is professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flamigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
