1. Information we collect
- Account data, including name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
- Content you provide, including prompts, source documents, images, presentation content, and edits.
- Service data, including Credit usage, feature activity, generation status, error logs, IP address, browser, device, and timestamps.
- Purchase data supplied by Dodo Payments, such as payment status, product, amount, currency, country, invoice, refund, and dispute identifiers. Flamigo does not receive your complete card number.
- Messages and attachments you send to support.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, generate presentations, meter Credits, export files, and deliver support.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service.
- Process purchases and reconcile payments, refunds, taxes, and disputes with Dodo Payments.
- Understand aggregate product performance and improve reliability and user experience.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Service providers and international processing
We use service providers for authentication and storage, cloud hosting, AI model processing, monitoring, email, and payments. They process information only for the relevant service and under their own or contractual privacy obligations.
Dodo Payments independently controls buyer information needed to act as merchant of record. Data may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
4. Retention and security
We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Payment, tax, fraud, security, and dispute records may be kept longer where law or legitimate protection needs require it.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so do not upload secrets or sensitive personal data that are unnecessary for your presentation.
5. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of applicable personal data by emailing flamigo.support@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. Rights and exceptions vary by location.
You can control cookies through your browser. Essential storage used for sign-in and security may be necessary for the service to function.
6. Children and changes
Flamigo is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
