You may not use Flamigo to
- Create, promote, or facilitate illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, phishing, or unauthorized access.
- Exploit, sexualize, endanger, or identify minors, or create non-consensual intimate content.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
- Generate deceptive impersonation, forged evidence, or materially misleading content intended to cause harm.
- Make automated high-impact decisions in employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal services, or similar regulated areas without qualified human review.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell access, bypass Credit metering, evade security controls, or interfere with other users.
- Upload data you are not authorized to process or payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, or legal obligations. Enforcement considers severity, context, history, and the possibility of remediation.
