One-time Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not create a subscription and do not renew automatically. Purchased Credits do not expire.
No voluntary refunds
Except as required by applicable law or provided under Dodo Payments' applicable Buyer Terms, all Credit purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds for unused, partially used, or fully used Credits, or a voluntary money-back period.
Changing your mind, purchasing by mistake, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, stopping use of Flamigo, or deleting your account does not by itself entitle you to a voluntary refund. This does not affect remedies for failure to deliver the service as promised, rights under applicable law, or refunds under Dodo Payments' applicable Buyer Terms. Please review the product, pricing, and this policy before purchasing.
Billing and delivery issues
If you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, or purchased Credits have not arrived, email flamigo.support@gmail.com with the purchase email, payment or invoice ID, purchase date, and a short explanation so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Never include a full card number or security code.
We investigate duplicate or incorrect charges, missing Credits, and service delivery problems. We will work with Dodo Payments to correct billing errors and provide any remedy required by applicable law or its applicable Buyer Terms, including refunds where appropriate. Dodo Payments may decide to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis under those terms.
Cancellation and statutory rights
Flamigo does not currently sell automatically renewing plans, so there is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time, but stopping use does not by itself entitle you to a voluntary refund. The legal and Dodo Payments exceptions described above continue to apply.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, lawful billing disputes, or Dodo Payments' authority to issue refunds under its applicable Buyer Terms (https://dodopayments.com/buyer-terms). Chargebacks remain governed by applicable law and card-network and bank rules.
